Affiliate Terms

The Operator operates an affiliate referral programme that pays a percentage commission on subscription fees paid by new subscribers who arrive via your unique referral link. By applying to and participating in the programme, you agree to these Affiliate Terms.

Your referral code and dashboard are accessible at /affiliate after approval.

Commission rates are displayed in your affiliate dashboard and may be updated by the Operator with 14 days' written notice. The current default rate applies to all subscription payments verified during the applicable period.

Commissions accrue when a referred subscriber makes a qualifying payment (new subscription, not renewals unless otherwise stated). Accrued commissions become eligible for payout once the minimum threshold (displayed in the dashboard) is reached and the referred subscription is confirmed not-reversed for 14 days.

Payouts are made in USDT to the wallet address you provide. The Operator processes payouts on a periodic basis. Processing time is best-effort; the Operator is not liable for blockchain network delays.

You are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, and levies applicable to your affiliate earnings in your jurisdiction. The Operator does not withhold tax. It is your responsibility to declare income, file returns, and comply with all applicable tax law.

If you are tax-resident in Germany and your affiliate earnings cause your annual turnover to exceed the Kleinunternehmer threshold, you may be required to charge and remit VAT. Consult a Steuerberater.

Participation in the affiliate programme does not guarantee any income. Commission is contingent entirely on verified referrals converting to paid subscriptions. The Operator makes no representation about the earning potential of the programme.

You may promote coin-verdict.com via:

• Your own websites, newsletters, social media accounts, and video content.
• Paid advertising, provided you comply with platform terms and do not bid on the Operator's trademarked brand terms.
• Word-of-mouth, community forums, and group chats (with disclosure).

You may not:

• Misrepresent coin-verdict.com as a regulated financial adviser or claim it holds BaFin, FCA, or SEC authorisation.
• Promise guaranteed returns or imply that following coin-verdict.com analysis will result in profit.
• Create fake reviews, sock-puppet accounts, or any form of fraudulent traffic.
• Self-refer using your own affiliate code to earn commission on your own subscription.
• Spam email lists or violate any applicable anti-spam law.
• Use dark patterns or deceptive tactics to drive sign-ups.

The Operator may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at the Operator's discretion. Earned commissions up to the termination date will be paid; future accruals cease.

The Operator may suspend or shut down the entire affiliate programme at any time with 30 days' notice. Earned but unpaid commissions at the time of programme closure will be paid.

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of the Operator. You have no authority to bind the Operator to any agreement or obligation.

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is the competent courts of the Operator's place of residence.
