Scope
This Subscription Service Agreement (“SSA”) governs paid subscriptions to coin-verdict.com and supplements the Terms of Service. In case of conflict, the SSA prevails on subscription-specific matters.
Subscription periods
Subscriptions are sold as fixed periods: monthly (approximately 30 days) or annual (approximately 365 days). The period begins at the moment of confirmed payment. At the end of the period, the account reverts to the Free tier automatically — there is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge unless the Subscriber initiates a new payment.
Refund window
Subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of the payment date, provided no more than 5 days of Pro/Desk access have been used. Email hello@coin-verdict.com with your account email and payment reference. Refunds are processed in the same currency and method of original payment (USDT or card).
Refunds are not available after the 14-day window or after substantial use (more than 5 days of access). Annual subscriptions cancelled mid-period are not eligible for pro-rated refunds outside the 14-day window.
Statutory cooling-off rights under German consumer law (§355 BGB, Fernabsatzgesetz) apply where applicable. The 14-day contractual window is aligned with the statutory right; it does not limit statutory rights where those rights are broader.
Cancellation
You can let your subscription lapse by simply not renewing — there is no auto-charge. To close your account or request early deletion of your data, email hello@coin-verdict.com.
Service availability
The Operator makes no uptime guarantee. The service is provided on a best-effort basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur. Subscribers will be notified of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.
Downtime does not entitle the Subscriber to a pro-rated refund unless it exceeds 72 continuous hours in any 30-day period.
Support
Support is provided on a best-effort basis via hello@coin-verdict.com. The Operator aims to respond within 5 business days. No SLA is guaranteed.
Desk-tier subscribers receive prioritised support queue treatment on a best-effort basis.
Price changes
The Operator may adjust subscription prices with 30 days' written notice. Active subscriptions already paid are not affected by price changes within their paid period. New subscriptions and renewals are at the current price at the time of payment.
Tier features
Features available at each tier are described on the Pricing page. The Operator may add features to or remove features from tiers with 14 days' notice for material removals. Significant feature removals affecting the core value proposition entitle the Subscriber to a pro-rated refund for the remaining subscription period.
Governing law
This SSA is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at the Operator's place of residence.
