Terms of Service

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (“Subscriber”) and the individual operating coin-verdict.com as Einzelunternehmer under German law (“the Operator”). The Operator's identity is disclosed in the Impressum.

coin-verdict.com is a generic Crypto OnChain & Trade Intelligence publishing platform. Subscribers receive periodic analytical content covering crypto-asset markets. The content is identical for every subscriber at the same tier — no personalised advice is provided. See also the Disclaimer.

Available tiers: Free (limited daily reads), Pro (full tape, real-time), Desk (API access, multi-seat — availability subject to feature flag). Tier features are described on the Pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify the Operator promptly at hello@coin-verdict.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts in your jurisdiction. You may not register on behalf of a legal entity without appropriate authority.

Paid subscriptions (Pro, Desk) are governed by the Subscription Service Agreement, which is incorporated by reference. Payments are accepted in USDT on supported chains or via Stripe (card). The Operator is a Kleinunternehmer under §19 UStG — no VAT is charged.

The Operator reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice. Price changes do not affect active subscription periods already paid for.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute analytical content for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the service.
• Use the service in any manner that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Share account credentials with others (each seat is personal; Desk multi-seat is the designated exception).
• Represent the Operator's generic analysis as personalised advice to third parties.

All analytical content, software, design, and brand assets are the property of the Operator or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the service for personal or internal business use during your subscription.

Your feedback, suggestions, or contributions (if any) may be used by the Operator without compensation or attribution.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. The Operator makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the analytical content will be accurate, complete, or profitable. See the Disclaimer for the full not-financial-advice statement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid to the Operator in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct (§309 No. 7 BGB), personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may close your account via settings or by emailing hello@coin-verdict.com. The Operator may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

On termination, your right to access the service ceases. Clauses 6, 8, 10, and 11 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law provisions. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the competent courts of the Operator's place of residence, to the extent permitted by law.

The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The Operator does not participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The Operator may update these Terms from time to time. Subscribers will be notified by email or in-app notice with at least 14 days' advance notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
